I rarely leave reviews but this place was terrible and it wasnt my choice to use them. For anyone who didnt know: you have a right to make an insurance company go through the auto body shop of your choice if they are fixing your car on behalf of someone else.
The insurance company asked me to use this place after someone backed into my car. I received a call from the car rental place they provided a week later telling me my car was ready. I went to pick up my car on the date that it was supposed to be finished and it was dirty with neon marker still on the sides. The body shop gave me a ticket to go through a car wash. Took it through and the marks still didnt come off. This created extra work for me and was unprofessional.
**Then, the time and saved radio stations in the car were wrong, and now my car horn is not working. There should have been nothing done to the electrical system on the car as they were doing paint work on the back door, and it was working fine up until I left it in their care.
I called the insurance and they offered to have the body shop do an inspection (so I would have to deal with the same people directly and take it back instead of having anyone from Progressive intervene or help).
Now, I am taking my car to a mechanic to get an inspection done because I do not trust this place after the way everything else has been handled.

Do not bring your car there especially if you're not going through insurance I bring my car there to get the estimate of fixing he started taking pictures even where I was not asking to get fixed he told me he was going to send the estimate to me in email never send me an estimate because it's not going through Insurance these businesses are just trying to rip people off and make money off insurance... they want to put all the money in their pocket ripping Insurance off with your car talking about more damage than it's no I want to put some money in my pocket too honey it's my car

They did a great job and cleaned out the inside of my car for me. I know they didn't have to and they didn't know my hands are disabled and it was such a treat for me. I definitely recommend them , very nice , comfortable and easy to talk too.

This place is awful. I have a couple scratches on my car and I went there today for an estimate. The guy looked at my car and angrily said you are going to pay $500 for every little scratch you have on the car. When I asked him how much it's going to cost in total, he said the car is in front of you you have to count the scratches and he walked away. This is beyond unprofessional
