Solomon Page

Working with a recruiter is my preference when applying to a new role and Haley Treco (Sr. Staffing Manager) embodies the highest standard of excellence in that respect. From our first interaction, she painted a clear picture of the process and everyone's role in it. Her attention to detail assured a clean flow of information so that she could adequately assess whether I was a good fit for a specific role. This matters greatly and requires consideration on her part to understand both me and the potential employers at all levels to find a perfect match. My favorite part of working with Haley though, was her communication. She was always accessible (and cheery!) and checked-in with me routinely, even to let me know that she is still waiting for answers. I've used a recruiter for every role of my professional career and Haley is by far the best I've worked with.

I haven't been working for Soloman Page long but I would really love to know how this company is ran or who it is actually ran by because I have never worked for a healthcare agency that takes days to respond to staff a facility with their workers. I don't know if they need help as far as human resources or what. There isn't much conversation about the job or the facilities. You will find out what you need to know as a new employee once you get to the facility. The hiring process is long and unorganized for no reason. Seems a bit ghetto.

One of my friend who works at Solomon page helped me find a temporary Job out of college. She made the process much easier than I thought it would be! Towards the end of college, I was terrified to apply for jobs, worried It would take forever or I wouldn’t find a job that suited me. But with Solomon page, they helped me find a job quickly where I worked for some months as a temp. I worked hard and proved to be a valuable member of the team, and recently got an offer for a full time position. I can’t thank you enough Haley and your team at Solomon page for helping me find a job out of college! Solomon page is an excellent company, and they truly gave me an opportunity I couldn’t find else where in this tough job market.
