We used Amado Perez to remove the flooring and drywall after flooding. We were away at our son's wedding in Colorado at the time of the flood and got him from a friend who was using him.
We repeatedly asked him to take photos and provide an invoice for insurance. He collected a $3,900 check from us, which seemed high when we returned from Colorado, and he assured us that he would give us the invoice and photos the next day when he picked up his fan. He never did return and now doesn't respond to texts or calls.
Would never use or trust him again. Services: Flooring repair, Drywall repair
