      image My friends and I went into the auto repair shop to inspect the car. The man inside behaved strangely towards us and made us wait outside except for one person. I have never seen such nonsense as the first time I watched it. I don't think they are professional.

      Dear Osman, you are absolutely correct. I did not respond correctly at all and for this I sincerely apologize. However, due to current conditions regarding health & disease including covid & other respiratory illnesses which seems to have made a return, we are trying to limit the number of people in our little office to protect ourselves and our customers as well as an immuno compromised office worker. There were just way too many people. That said, I hope you can understand. My sincerest apologies, Gary.
