Mike Bonatsakis: Allstate Insurance

Would definitely not recommend Mike and his staff. I received a collection bill from Allstate and I canceled my services for auto and house with them over 6 months ago. When I called Eric said they would take care of it and I was due a refund. Still waiting for my refund, instead I received my 2nd notice from the collection agency. I had to basically do their work for them and contacted Allstate directly and the collection agency. Still waiting for my outcome. When I called their office again, no one answered my calls, or returned my voice mail. The worst service I have ever received!!!

The worst service. Been calling for 2 days. Told Mike I've been calling for 2 days and I left a message. And he goes "oh well we've been here". I haven't had service with Allstate for a year and now I get a bill for collections for few months ago. Was told it was taken care of. It was definitely not. Would not recommend this office.
