Not a responsible entity.I had arranged for a car to pick us up at 11:45 AM (I made the booking with Lowell, the owner  of Milford Car Service), to take us from New Haven to Manhattan for an afternoon matinee.  They never showed.  When they finally returned my irate phone messages, Lowell explained that somehow the girl who should have entered it into the schedule had screwed up, and. . . So I missed the show, lost the price of the tickets, and suffered the attendant anxiety and disappointment,   Worse still:  When they aren't able to answer their phone number, 203-606-2182, the answering machine says that they are unable to connect you to 203-815-8761---- a different phone number--- so that you can't know that you have the right number.  This triples the anxiety.

Great car service! Driver was polite, attentive and a great driver! At all times on our way to the airport we felt confident that we would  arrive at the airport on time and safely. And we did ! Would recommend this service with confidence.

Departure was 45 minutes late because driver arrived with wrong vehicle.  Before even reaching the interstate, driver ran a red light.  When owner was confronted about charging full price with a tip for such problematic service, he laughed and said "he got you there didn't he."

There is a reason for the saying "you get what you pay for".  In all fairness, we got to the airport on time, but just barely (literally 20 minutes to spare for check-in).  We were all confirmed for a pick-up time, including a check-in phone call the day before to verify the time.  Well, that time came and went and a phone call to the company resulted in first being told our pick-up time was 1.5 hours after we were scheduled for, we then got two more stories as to why the pick up was late.  Suffice it to say, 45 minutes after our pick-up time we did get picked up.The "town car" was a well-used Buick with barely enough room in the trunk for our suitcases.  To our driver's credit, he did get us to the airport, although not without a detour to get around traffic that ended up not working out as he had though it would, adding another 10 minutes to our trip - you would think for someone who takes "at least 5-6 trips a week" to the airport they would know that you can't drive from one terminal to another.The bright side is that we made our flight, the down side is that we won't be using this car service again.
