        I don't know why I always have a problem here.I am a young business man from the neighborhood and when I go here for transactions first of all I am met with surprise when I inform anyone I have a business account.I am constantly spoken to with an attitude and on more than one occasion I had money transfers and wires done just to be told around an hour later that none of my transactions had gone through.Im not sure why I have to go to the Berlin turnpike to the "other" neighborhood to be treated professionally and with kindness.This branch is 5 minutes away from my home and the branch on the Berlin turnpike is 25 minutes away from me .I would rather travel there in rush hour traffic Everytime to ensure my transactions are complete.
