Country Grove by D.R. Horton America's Builder

The sales agent Georgia couldn't have been less helpful! I called to find out if the community Country Grove had a model. The entire call she proceeded to cut me off. What it boiled down to was the community was nearly sold out with a waiting list on the remaining properties. But instead of politely explaining that and redirecting me to one of D.R. Hortons other nearby communities; she continued to be rude and abrupt. It worked out for me anyway. I found another awesome community by Toll Brothers and now have a new home under contract.

I recently bought a new home in this community through DR Horton, it has been a horrible experience. First the building team clearly don’t make the proper inspections, I’ve been in the new house for almost two months, the pre- settlement punch list items were never completed, still waiting for the driveway to be repair, cabinets to be repair. Plumbing issues since first week. Drainage leaks poorly handle, building team supervisor ignore calls, always with excuses and no solutions. At this moment I still have a cracked driveway, cabinets broken and damaged walls and who know what other things might be wrong with the new house. The community is great, but DR Horton builders are the worst.

DR Horton has been amazing to work with - we sell dozens of homes with them every year, and they're incredible - great value, great product, awesome warranties. Many, many happy buyers!
