As long as I can get Mike on the phone and Ray does the work on my lawn, I am VERY happy with TruGreen. My lawn is much improved this year thanks to their hard work.

I made an inquiry on their website , someone called me and I declined the service due to cost. Now they continue to call and send emails . Very annoying!!!

After spending $300 my lawn looks as bad if not worse than before I had them come out. My lawn is brown, there are weeds and bare spots that I specifically asked to be addressed. Total rip off. Asked for a manager to come out and talk to me. They, instead sent another service guy to put something else on my lawn. Can't understand why it's so difficult to speak with an area manager. Will definitely be asking for a full refund. Use a local lawn service because TruGreen is not worth the money. Service: Weed control
