        I purchased my brand new fridge and gave them my old fridge that worked fine 6 mons ago and have had nothing but problems ever since. Multiple service calls, wrong parts, having to defrost and fix ourselves 3 times, lost soo much food. So much wasted time on the phone and more wasted time here with this review. Hopefully it saves others from wasting their time. They finally approved me to get a new fridge. I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. We're finally at the date of delivery, I stayed home all day waiting, my current fridge is at room temp again. I just called to see when it will be arriving. I am given another number to call only to be told that it needs to be rescheduled for next Friday or the following Friday! So frustrating please save yourselves and don't shop there. Super nice people to your face, but they take no responsibility for making things right just taking more money giving you more empty promises.

        Beware! We purchased a new washer and dryer set nearly two months ago. The dryer has never worked. Service simply doesn't come to scheduled appointments. The store hasn't been any help with resolving this issue. Lets also mention we went to the store did a swap before thanksgiving & we were told the washer & dryer would be delivered today on the 29th. We got an email stating that it was now delayed and they needed to speak with me. we did not get any phone call just a email stating that it will be delayed. Moral of the story is DO NOT GO TO SEARS FOR A WASHER & DRYER.
