This place was so bad I drove to Smyrna Verizon to be treated with at least some respect. I walked in and was immediately given an attitude by a lady. Then she basically made fun of me for what phone I wanted. She would get up and leave mid conversation. Then she was being very rude when I was trying to log into my Verizon because it took longer than 25 seconds. I didn't once do anything to provoke her and she seemed to just hate me from the moment I walked in. Do not go to this store.

Went over for a new phone. Sales guys did a pitch about a home internet service. Declined it. Kept pressuring it and still kept denying it. Wanted me to admit that I didnt like saving money because Im already content with the internet service I have and didnt wanna raise my bill by $80 for a home internet solution I didnt need. Have been going to the Middletown store for years because its the closest, but because of this last interaction, I may never set foot in there again

The Middletown Verizon staff is incredibly professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions you need. I recently upgraded my phone from the iPhone 12 Pro to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, upgraded my Apple Watch Series 4 to the Apple Ultra Two, and got my wife an Apple SE watch. My salesperson, Jordan, went above and beyond, assisting me and understanding the phone trade-in credits. They gave me well beyond my phone, and the Apple Watch was worth it now. Honestly, I could not ask her for a better phone experience.
