We ordered playground in July! This company refuses to respond to emails and their phones ring busy all day long! Don’t waste your time. We charged back thru our credit card company getting our money back!

I wish you could select 0 star reviews. Same as many other folks…ordered the first of April, expecting a June delivery in time for a birthday party. It’s August now and we still have no playset. Every contact with the company has been one excuse after another and please give 2 more weeks. Well we’re on 5 months of “two more weeksâ€. Customer service is a joke. Repeated requests for refund have been disregarded and I’ve been asked to wait and be patient. I have reported them to the state AG office and FTC.

I ordered in April and was told shipment would arrive end of June. Nothing arrived. I emailed them at the end of June and got some story about warehouse changes and a two week delay. Then I asked for a refund and was told they would keep $300 as a fee. Then finally they said sure we will refund you and it will take 14 days. Well 21 says later and I've gotten excuse after excuse about why they can't refund it right away. It's out of the agents control, it's at the finance team, refunds only happen on the weekends, etc. I have no doubt I may never see my money or receive this product. Stay far away from this company!

I wouldn't give them any stars if that was an option. Don’t buy this! You will never get your play set and they will not issue a refund without a TON of hassle. I ordered in Dec with expected delivery in March. I have not received it despite being told many times that it was on the way. They could not produce any tracking info. After 7 months of waiting I asked for a refund. Now I’ve been waiting since 6/9 for them to refund my money. Their last email and direct message said I would have the refund 6/29 since they “expedited†it. Nope. Nothing yet. They will delete all negative social media comments. Super shady company. 100% a scam. Do not buy!
