Stay away from this place.
They lied about not having to pay for the phones.
They turned off all 4 phones, after telling us the phones were free.
They used extortion to make me pay for them, or ruin my credit and would not turn the phones on untill I paid in full.
STAY AWAY !!!!

Do NOT go to this place!!! Everything we were promised going into this was a lie! I have been to this store at the very least 10 times in the last month with one problem after another. Today it was we had to pay an extra 60 on a bill that we were not supposed to be paying (due to being in a promotion we were told by 3 people you will NOT pay your first 2 bills) but they shut our phones off so we paid the 240 plus the 60 since all our phone were suspended. The store was able to do nothing for us, they said call customer care. I could go on and on, I dont want these phones or this plan. Im telling you if you dont feel like dealing with a lot of problems do not go here and I will tell everyone I know to never go T-Mobile. I WISH I would have stayed with straight talk, in 7 years Ive never had a problem! If they dont fix this, Im leaving another review with everyones names because they should not be working there. Then they well ask well who did you talk to and you say the name and they reply oh well thats why they dont know what they are doing. Noo, none of you do!
