We had All Clean Floor Care scheduled to come out for 3 bedrooms and a few area rugs. They called 5 minutes after they weee supposed to be there saying they got held up at another job and would have to reschedule for Monday. I asked Alvin Walker if we could get a discount due to inconvenience since my husband had to take time away from work. He replied to my email saying they wouldn’t offer a discount and they’d no longer offer services for us. Do not use this company!!

A flood in our church basement over the summer caused us to have to restore the VCT floors in our classrooms and hallways. Our church board hired All Clean Floor Care to strip and refinish all of our VCT floors in the basement. We also had All Clean to deep steam clean a couple area rugs and clean our concrete steps leading down to the basement. We couldn’t have selected a better company to do the job! All Clean Floor Care did a super duper job cleaning all our floors and rugs! The VCT floors hadn’t looked so pristine and shiny when All Clean had finished cleaning them since the time they were first installed. All Clean was a jewel to work with from the beginning to end of our project. They kept us updated daily on their progress. All Clean is very experienced at what they do and they have very high standards, working very diligently until the work is completed correctly. Whenever anyone asks about floor cleaning, I recommend All Clean. Services: Deep clean, Carpet cleaning, Area rug cleaning
