      image I went last Saturday 2/18/23 to buy a pair of windshield wiper blades for my car.  I purchased them and asked the lady to install them for me which she did.  I tested them on the ride home and all was well.  Today, 2/22/23 it was raining as I was driving in traffic.  The drivers side one flew off and couldn't see where it went.  (again, driving in traffic).  I went to the store  with the receipt and explained what happened.  I was told I had to buy a new one as they cannot honor a warranty as I didn't have the wiper blade.  (these were not cheap windshield wiper blades).   I explained that I had them do the installation.  I could understand if I messed up the install but they did.  I was not blaming the employee as mistakes happen.  But to not honor your work, this was really unacceptable.  I will not shop here again nor recommend this business.
