        Signature Alert in Ocean View installed our alarm system in our home several years ago. Jim and his crew took the time to instruct us on its use and it's been a comfort to have this system ever since. After some construction work was done on our home recently, one of the panels went down and Jim immediately came over and quickly got it back online again. This was great back up service. We would strongly recommend Signature Alert of Ocean View to anyone interested in a high quality alert system with great customer service.

        I called the DC office at the following number: 301-306-0088 (on 2/26/14 approx 1:05pm ) to start new services in my condo unit. the company is affiliated with my bldg and I was advise to call them. my experience : The phone rang about 10 times , and some lady answered the phone and she was rude, unhelpful and not welcoming. Time to talk to the board of directors and change company...
