Resort Repair

Stay away from this business. We contracted with them to do between $7,000 and $8,000 repairs  on our vacation property.  Half up front and the rest upon completion . We paid the final bill without seeing the work,  which was not completed. Ron made several excuses... storm damage, worker shortage etcHe said he would send a crew out which never happened. Icing on the cake is that they used our new step stool and left it coated with plaster and paint. Also left work related debris for us to dispose of.  We have since changed our locks.

We contacted Ron Gay at Resort Repairs and got an estimate for between $7,000 and 8,000 for deck staining and sealing, outdoor work of painting of outside railings etc. Also indoor work was only partially completed of which the quality was ok. Unfortunately we did not check the work on our vacation home before paying the rest of the bill. We contacted Ron. He was to send a crew which never happened. There was debris left inside and our new step stool was used and left covered with paint and plaster Would not recommend Resort Repairs. Photos are one month after work completion

These guys can fix anything . Great job! Will call for all my home repairs. Resort Repairs installed  my hardwood floors, fixed rotten wood under my siding, installed tile back splash in my kitchen. They also installed my new appliances

We used resort repairs and overall it was a good experience. Because they have so many rental contracts you go to the bottom of the list for scheduling. We had to wait three weeks but thankfully fixing our hot tub in the heat of summer was not an emergency. When they did come, the repair man was great and the price we thought for the repair was super reasonable.

I called resort repair and made an appointment to have a refrigerator hooked up to a plumbing source and to have a garbage disposal installed. Initially, Ronald Gay was very responsive. He came early in our stay to assess the job so he could provide an estimate. He assured us he would have an estimate to us quickly and would be able to complete the work early in that week. (It's a resort town and our stay this time is short.)Then, we never heard from him again.I called repeatedly and he did not answer my calls or respond to my messages.I was extremely disappointed because he seemed knowledgeable and affable.Later in the week I finally gave up and was able to convince another plumber to come at short notice and do the work.I'm not sure what's wrong with Mr. Gay or why he decided to completely drop the ball on our job, but I would not recommend him to anyone else.
