        Having been a loyal customer since the Woodland Salon opened, I’m stunned by today’s experience. I arrived at 4:10 for a 4:15 appointment with Olive. There was no one at the reception desk. There was one stylist. I told her about my appointment, she checked, found it noted in the book, and confirmed I was correct. She apologized. That’s it, no offer to address the problem.
