The grounds and clubhouse were fantastic. The ammenties are amazing and the staff encountered were very nice and accomodating. The clubhouse was open each day on time and the pools were clean and well maintained. The house we stayed in was average. We had problems with the Wi-Fi and air conditioner. The resort quest was very responsive to each issue and sent workers out immediately. The Wi-Fi issue was rectified but keeping the place cool was an ongoing battle. The air units looked old.
The common area of the townhouse was too small for the amount of people staying. The kitchen lacked basic stock ie; lacked lids for large pots and pans, no crock pot or blender. 1 dish towel, no wash towels.
The townhouse was very clean and offered plenty of towels and bedding. The sleeping areas were perfect for our need. We had a wonderful vacation.
