What a wonderful experience it was to do a private yoga session on the beach with Kim. We had a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and it was fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

This studio is one of the best in the Millville, Ocean View, and Bethany Beach area. They cater to all levels and ages and there is never any judgement on whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner. You will always feel comfortable walking into practice! The owners, Justin and Kim are often in the studio or teaching classes. They are also extremely creative and local artists. You may see their pieces at local shows but you can always find them in the studio boutique area. If you need a unique and handmade gift you can purchase Justins, blown glass, art there along with Kims handmade jewelry. They also have a variety of yoga mats, clothes, sage, crystals etc. for sale in the boutique area. I love the cards They speak to the soul. In addition, some of their class offerings include childrens yoga, chair yoga, gentle, vinyasa flow and relax and restore. These are often offered over zoom too during live classes in case you need to wait for company to arrive or a contractor. If you forget a mat Relax, they have you covered :) as you can always rent them. One last thingDuring the warmer months, check out their website for Yoga on the Beach. It usually takes place daily every morning! Just bring a beach towel!
