        I tried to purchase (19) 20' LVLs just now over the phone. Got up to the point of the delivery charge and shipping for the Manager to tell the sales person they couldn't cut that many pieces out of their stock. Sales-person said they could have the special order after a few days, so why not just replace what I purchased. Sales-man was very nice over the phone, but I won't call again.
