Horrible experience and customer service. Builder's kitchen and bath vendor representative, Brian from Reico was not responsive in the least. Days passed with no call back. I asked McKee builder rep for another Reico rep to be assigned so I could get my kitchen and bath appointment setup according to timeline set by builder, I was given a dissertation on how this Reico rep was good with no mention of just getting me another rep..... Second email asked for new rep again or I was canceling. McKee builder rep said no problem, only to finally get a call from same rep I complained about hours later leaving a message stating he didn't know why the message didn't transfer from his office to his cell (even though I called his cell leaving a message) he was out of the office the prior week, and that he did not have reception where he lived. I'm not sure which one it really was. I canceled the contract after wasting a bunch of time on this whole situation. Beware of these potential issues before you sign and put down the required 10%. Thank God my deposit check had not been picked up by Fed Ex.
