Worst customer service!! Do not come here, they are of no help and will tell you to go online to check out the phones and features. They why are they even open for if they are not there to assist the customer?

Giving out promotions that they clearly know the customer isn’t qualified for just to have more clients. Then they want to tell me to call customer service and say it was my fault and it was a misunderstanding. When I was the one who asked multiple times if he was sure I qualified for the promotion he was giving me bc it sounded too good to be true, which in fact it was ! Go to another T-MOBILE store if you aren’t trying to get scammed .! Or another company!

My mom went into this store to get her sim card for her phone after transferring from Sprint. This location was very helpful, and answered all her questions. Edit - My review below is about the HOME office, which I am very disappointed in, especially since their stores are so helpful and it makes their stores look bad. The home office gets 1 Star. This location gets 4. I've used all the main providers (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint). When we got our service transferred from Sprint, my husband was made the account holder, I was listed as an authorized user (I am usually the one who handled all this stuff anyways), and we listed my mom, who is in DE as an authorized user, because she needed to get a new sim card for her phone, and we are in CO. We wanted to make things as easy as possible. T-Mobile ignored the authorization, not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES! My mother went in with her ID, and they said they needed to confirm she was authorized. Then they called MY T-Mobile phone number on this account, and spoke to me, but wouldn't accept my authorization, had to confirm with my husband that I was infact authorized. When he got on MY phone (because they refused to call his), he had to confirm his identity, and when he told them that both myself and my mother were infact authorized to do what needs to get done to get my mom's number over, they IGNORED his statement, and asked for him to authorize this. Then, due to a problem on their end, the sim card did not work. And they had do go through this whole song and dance again. During the same flipping transaction.
