Sprint Store

Wish I could give a negative rating! We switched to Sprint from Verizon, in an attempt to lower our monthly bill, during their Clean Slate promotion. the Rep's at the kiosk told us to email our final bill and to return out Verizon phones to them and they would handle it from there. In good faith we did as advised. Shockingly enough the store manager at the time (new staff there now apparently) FORGOT to send in our phones, and we were never given a receipt showing the phones had been turned in. It is now JANUARY and we still have no idea where the phones are or whats going to happen now. The other issue is that the store rep said we had to have 5 lines on our plan for the promotion they were running for switching. He ended up adding an additional line to the account for a total of 6 lines. We only needed 3. So at the end of the day I'm still paying $320 with auto pay or $350-$375 without, a month for service that is sub par. Don't switch to Sprint and run far far away from the thieves at this Kiosk.

Do yourself a favor and AVOID this authorized dealer (Sprint) inside the Concord Mall! I changed cell carrier to them from ATT after 17years and while I am satisfied with Sprint's service & pricing, this particular location has made my experience thus far ab absolute NIGHTMARE. You should take your business to an actual Sprint store. The kiosk in Concord Mall will mislead you about terms if leasing a phone, costs associated with your plan and bill etc. It's taken me 6weeks and half a dozen calls to customer care to get everything sorted out. Hope you learn from my mistake of doing business with Nick, Julie, and April at the Concord Mall Sprint kiosk.

Let me start off by saying DON'T GO HERE for anything. This kiosk is a joke, it's not a store and doesn't even carry sim cards. I scheduled an appointment here with Sprint customer support online exclusively to get a new nano sim card for a phone I purchased. The associates working there first off didn't even know they took appointments, then had to make a call to a supervisor to ask if they sold sim cards, which here are 10x's more expensive than the corporate store, for no logical reason. Then a second associate arrived who looked for my sim card which they don't carry, literally one of the most common size sims today, they don't have. Don't waste your time here, go to a real Sprint store, or if you're in the area Best Buy is in the same plaza. Don't make the mistake I did if you value your time and are an intelligent person.
