I’ve been into the place plenty of times, the service is pretty good but the way management treats their associates is very offensive. I’ve seen them get yelled at by a tall male that’s helped me a couple of times. Starr stays on her phone most of the times, I’ve found myself stopping her and asking for assistance and even at that point she just would not drop the phone. I think it’s very un professional that every time I come in she’s behind the register on the phone speaking and having a long convo...I love the store but as for managers they seem to not care about the customers and they certainly treat their employees like garbage.

Very sad to see this store closing. I would find some of the most interesting gifts for my niece or my mom here. They had pretty nice coupons as well. Good bye AC Moore!

At five mins to 9 they turned lights off in store. So we would no that the store was closed.couldnt get what I needed because employees and manger were to worried about getting out of there then to see if they could help me are anyone else..
