I received a call back from the office. As I scheduled an appointment and the person I spoke with said automatically that my insurance wasn't going to pay for another exam. I explained that my current Dr did not do anything from the last visit. It was a no charge. I would like to move forward as an emergency appointment . I would prefer to speak with the Dr directly.

Edited! My insurance is excepted by this company. (Teamsters local 830)
Rude and they don't know how to check insurance. Online it says they take my insurance. When I called to schedule my appointment I was told they take my insurance. The day before my appointment I was called and rudely told a lie about them calling and verifying my insurance- and my name wasn't showing up. When I asked for the phone number to their orthodontist office, I was told to call my insurance company and ask for the number. Rude. After I hung up I received a message saying my appointment was canceled. Im calling my insurance company to report them. Im hoping their name is removed from the list of dentists in my area.

My review has my maiden name but, Dr. Rodriguez is AMAZING! I am 35 and I absolutely fear the dentist and havent had the greatest experiences. Dr. Rodriguez eased all of those fears. She is patient, kind, and so professional! The biggest thing that I love here is that she remembers all of her patients! If you need a dentist in Wilmington she is the way to go!

Dr Rodriguez puts her patients first. I was nervous, but she was professional and made me feel safe. It was the best dental experience of my life. We are lucky to have her.
