Edible Arrangements

I had did an order for a same day delivery on Saturday. I was called an hour later an told that there were no orders being made. Mind you they closed at 5pm. They had arranged for the Oder to be made on Monday ( dec, 28). The woman I spoke kept having me on hold with every question I asked as if she was asking someone else the same questions I had asked. So I called back in Monday at 11am to confirm the order an was told again it wasn't going to be made. When I proceeded to get a little frustrated that's when the woman on the phone changed her mind About doing the order but couldn't give me an exact time for the order I placed.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews I thought this place had wonderful service. Even despite the pandemic they were welcoming and accommodating! I ordered for my grandmas birthday and it looked gorgeous ❤️❤️

First they left a delivery at my closed garage door IN THE RAIN. I know locations are using contactless delivery, but I clearly have a front door. The fruit was just okay and Ive had better from them. Now when you try to contact them, all you get is voicemail.
