Tom came out and explained several different options and was very open about the advantages and disadvantages of various gutter guard systems. Their pricing was competitive and fair. I had met with 2 other companies so I can easily compare the "sales pitches" versus honest presentations. Once I decided upon a system, they quickly sent a contract and soon after the work began. I was very impressed with the head installer, Jeff, who also caulked some nail holes on our roof vent! That is above and beyond! I highly recommend this company.

A few months ago, we had some chimney repairs done, because we were having water leaking all the way down into the basement. They did the job, but after a few weeks when there was a heavy rain one day, we noticed that there was still water finding its way down the same exact chimney and into the basement from there, just like before. Someone came out again to fix a few spots that were either missed or not done properly the first time, so that seemed to just about fix it. Come another heavy, rainy day a few weeks ago, and there was still some water, although less than before, that was finding its way down the same area into the basement. I ended up calling 3 separate times these past few weeks (I'd call and give it about a week before calling again), to which each time I had the person answer the phone and take down my info, so that someone would call me back. Still waiting for that call back after 2 times, and I'll probably end up getting ignored when I call again tomorrow. So unprofessional and rude to ignore a customer that you have yet to fix the initial issue for, even months after the original repair work. Service: Roof repair
