One Stop Appliance Repairs

We had a bad experience. My wife contacted OSAR to get our dishwasher fixed more than 2 weeks ago. The technician showed up to troubleshoot the dishwasher for about 20 minutes. He charged $80 and told my wife that a sensor needed to be replaced. He quoted the sensor replacement at $300. He said that if we wanted to get it fixed, to contact the office for them to order the part and schedule the repair. At that point I discussed with my wife if it was worth it fixing the dishwasher or buy a new one. We decided to get it fixed. We have been trying ever since to contact OSAR more than a few times by now to schedule the repair. We are always put on hold or wait until the call either drops and simply nobody ever answers. Nobody has returned our calls when they said they will. The last attempt was last Thursday were my wife was put on hold for 12 minutes and again, nobody ever picked up the phone in the other side. Very rude and unprofessional. We feel like it was so easy for this company to showed up to get $80 from us, but so difficult (or IMPOSSIBLE I should said) to follow through with the repairs. Needless to say we have moved on from OSAR and are looking for better alternatives. That was our particular experience with this company. I can not give them more than 1 star. Repairman called to see if he could come earlier than the original scheduled window. We agreed on a time. He arrived on time and had my washer fixed 10 minutes later.
