Our journey with Dupont Design and Remodeling began with a simple search for kitchen cabinets....my husband and I purchased an old home in Shepard Park in June, which was badly in need of updating and repairs. We needed a newly designed kitchen and powder room, two new bathrooms upstairs, a redesigned master bedroom, and a new laundry room in the attic. Our challenge was that we needed to vacate our current house by the end of August, and didn't have any leads for a reliable contractor who could get all what we needed done to the house in just two months. Our realtor/designer sent us to Dupont Design and Remodeling to look at options for kitchen cabinets, and after speaking with Josh and Mel about our design goals and time constraints that day, we not only picked out our cabinets, but decided to hire them for the entire home remodel as well! We've done smaller renovation projects in the past, and Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive...a formula that is hard to come by from my experience with contractors. For example, Josh took our design and produced a complete quote and contract within a day; by comparison, I asked two other contractors for quotes, one took almost two weeks to get back to me after I repeatedly followed-up, and the other one never followed-up at all. During the remodeling process, Ali was our steadfast/dedicated project manager. Ali was super awesome to work with!! He is kind, funny, responsive, and most importantly, he worked with us and our realtor/designer friends patiently through all the unexpected hiccups to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. Renovating and entire home in just 8 weeks was not easy (or cheap), but Ali, Mel and Josh got the job done...they arranged sub-contractors on the spot when needed, they answered our frantic calls/texts, addressed our concerns consistently during the course of the project, and most importantly, they didn't surprise us with extra costs that weren't included in the original quote. We were really lucky to have the opportunity to work with Dupont Design and Remodeling for our project :)

DuPont Design and Remodeling was great to work with. They did my bathroom project extremely fast and were very flexible. They really take what you want into consideration for a customized experience. They are professional and fast. They even worked weekends to help me finish the project faster and were flexible when we needed to push the project start date. 10/10 would use again! Services: Install flooring, Tile work replacement, Remodeling, Plumbing fixture installation, Drywall repair
