I called on the scheduled delivery day to ask about my order and the person who answered the phone was wildly rude and disrespectful. I've never written an online review before but this calls for one.

Rude and unprofessional. My mom ordered birthday flowers from them to be delivered on 9/14. On 9/14, they told her the flowers would be delivered on 9/16. On 9/16, they tried to postpone delivery until 9/17 but my mom got them to go ahead with the delivery since it was already late. They said they'd call before delivering to make sure I was home to receive them. Instead, they then called me several times repeatedly while I was in class and couldn't answer saying that they had arrived. Since I wasn't home, they handed off my birthday flowers to my neighbor then when I called about it, they defensively and condescendingly yelled at me insisting they did nothing wrong. Then they hung up on me after rudely asking me if I wanted to return them. They called the next morning to further insist that I was in the wrong then had me leave my birthday flowers outside my front door so they could come pick them up. So not only did they deliver my birthday flowers late and to my neighbor instead of me, they also had me return them.
