Made an appointment with them and made sure to stay home- called 30 minutes after appointment time to see where technician was and was told “meant to call you to tell you he’s really backed up today and can’t come.” So thoughtless and unprofessional.

We note that there was an unexpected problem with the first repair and that they moved swiftly to correct this problem at no cost to us and in a very professional manner.
