My water heater hasn't been working so great. So I called Nate. He came out ON-TIME within an hour of my call. He clearly explained to me why it was performing so poorly. He gave me multiple good solutions to choose from. The next day Nate and Tom came out and put in my new water heater. They are very clean about their work. It's always nice to deal with a professional and reliable contractor.

I had an unfathomably bad experience with Nate Carney HVAC installing a new HVAC system and redoing some ductwork in my home. The work ended up taking weeks (not days, but weeks!) longer than originally promised, with continual no-shows, and ended up delaying other ongoing work substantially. I was also not only misled but explicitly lied to about whether HVAC technicians and installers working in my house were properly licensed to perform the work. To make matters worse, in the end, a significant amount of the work had to be redone because it was, as one HVAC contractor (one I trust and who has done excellent work) later told me, "a total hack job." I ended up paying another HVAC company to do it, because I didn't trust Nate Carney HVAC to make things right after so many negative interactions. The attached photos show a couple of examples of the terrible quality of work in cutting new holes in drywall for supply vents - just a massive amount of unnecessary damage to the drywall that Nate Carney HVAC never fixed, but which never should have happened in the first place. The second picture is worse - it shows a very undersized plenum restricting airflow into the unit which had to be completely rebuilt to make sure we weren't making the system terribly inefficient from the start. My advice: stay away from Nate Carney HVAC. Service: Installation

My furnace would run for about an hour then stop, run for an hour then stop, just like that for the past week. I called a few other contractors and they said I should just get a new one. A new one! It's only 9 years old! I called Nate and he came out the same day and checked out the whole system. It tuned out to be blockage in the chimney, simple. I'm glad I called him.

Had a surprise heat wave yesterday. Found out my air conditioner wasn't working. I had problems with this system in the past and it's over 20 years old, so I decided I need a new one. They came out, diagnosed it, gave me a quote for a new one and installed it all in the same day. Every technician I dealt with was polite and professional. Now I have a quiet system that works great. Oh and they give a 15 year guarantee!

They came to service our new heating unit and now it doesn’t work. They have since refused to communicate with us (phone calls, emails, office visits) let alone reimburse us for over $1000 in damages. I would for sure avoid them at all costs. Maybe be the worst experience I have had in home ownership
