image Absolutely divine! A bit pricey but a true gem. Loved my stay. Sad that it was short.
BTW: wish I could take the bed and linens home!
Noteworthy details: Very well insulated and quiet. Incredibly comfortable beds!

image Would have been a good experience, had it not been for a few things that just made my stay uncomfortable/not relaxing/unpleasant. The Royal Suite is not an upgrade, as fancy as it sounds. They did not ask me if I wanted this room. I could not find the bedroom, then discovered there WAS no bedroom, it's just a large room with a dining table and a couch that turns into a flat bed. It took almost an hour to get settled in the room because I couldn't figure out where the bed was and neither could the staff. This was after over 4 hours of waiting for my room to be ready (I arrived to the hotel at 12:30PM and room wasn't ready til after 4:30PM). I don't know what their official check in time is, just setting the stage that it had been a long morning of travel, long day of waiting for the room, and not a great experience finally getting there and not having a bed accessible to me.
There are 2 TV in this "royal suite", on opposite sides of the room. You cannot turn on one without turning on the other. The best part (sarcasm) is that they play different shows on the different TVs at the same volume :).
Oh, the website says they have 2 Pelotons. When I went to the exercise room I saw no pelotons. I asked the front desk if they have pelotons, they said "yes, we have 2". I went back to look because why would they emphatically say they have Pelotons when they don't. right? Long story short, they DON'T have pelotons currently .
After calling the front desk about the tv situation, they offered me a room switch which I gladly took. The normal rooms are wonderful.

image Let's start with the fact that this hotel isn't even in Georgetown...
I stayed here for 3 nights last week, and to quote another guest that I was speaking to at the elevator after checking in, "This hotel has nothing."
I am a Titanium Elite member with Marriott Bonvoy, and at every other hotel I've stayed at with this status, I've been given a voucher for a complimentary breakfast each day of my stay, or breakfast was provided in the concierge lounge. This hotel does not have a concierge lounge, and only offers to cover $20 of the $35 continental breakfast. Glad I didn't take the bait on this, because after reading the other reviews the food sounds lackluster.
Self parking is $56+ a night...the garage is very narrow getting to and from the level that hotel guests park on.
Set the temperature in my room to 65, but still woke up each night because of of how warm it was.
