My absolute worst nightmare came true after I found a bed bug crawling on my neck in the middle of the night. I called Eco first thing in the morning! They were the first ones open and picked up immediately. Cameron was a pleasure to work with and very professional. He really took his time and steam treated my entire apartment which was a tad bit cluttered! Nonetheless he did a great job and put an end to my misery. Really appreciate your hard work. I can't recommend Eco DC enough. After discovering an issue in our entire building, the property management company blamed me and said they'd treat my unit only -- and wouldn't clarify whether the poorly-reviewed company they used was pet-friendly. I decided to take matters into my own hands and Jared did a same day heat treatment. He told me afterwards that no matter what he did, the problem would persist unless every unit was treated, and that rather than have him come back on my own dime every few months, I should move. That honesty and transparency was AWESOME. I moved as soon as I could, with the peace of mind from the heat treatment, and Jack the dog and a different tech (forgot his name, sorry!!!) checked my new place after six weeks. It's been several months and no sign! Thank you ECO DC for the honesty, your professionalism, your understanding, and your affordability!
