I ordered online ahead of time was told my order was ready and still had to wait 30 mins while seeing employees Walk from outside on the phone and doing misc things

Delivery driver left my pizza on the ground didn't call, nothing. It was free from a prior error and this was suppose to be the correction. Sad!

I have placed two orders from this establishment, one for pickup and one for delivery.
Both experiences were satisfactory and user-friendly.
The pizzas were consistently delivered hot and delicious.
I would like to suggest that the garlic sauce and green peppers be made optional, as I believe it is wasteful to include them on every pizza.
Aside from this, I have no complaints.
The experience is even more enjoyable when the Capitals score 5 goals, as it entitles me to a 50% discount.

Hungry family ordered pizza to be delivered to hotel after long day of travel. Phone order taken, order accepted and then, with NO phone call, order cancelled. Disappointed family. Terrible way to treat customers.
