EZ Refrigeration was excellent! I spoke with Shane to describe my refrigerator issue and he knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. I had previously called another company and they were going to order a part but that was not necessary. Shane was very familiar with my refrigerator and resolved my issued quickly. He was prompt and very professional. He even helped me on some other questions I had and knew the mechanics of my refrigerator so well. Highly recommend!!

Tyrone came to fix a plugged drain line with our subzero fridge. Excellent service. Right on time, great communication, super professional. Price was what I would expect. Very efficient too and very respectful of our home. Thank you.

Listed on the sub-zero website as a local repair shop. Communication was great and technician was nice, quick, and helpful. Dealt directly with sub-zero as well to cover the minor repair. Recommended!

Adrian from EZ Refrigeration was great. He came out to repair my Sub-Zero fridge twice and was quick and friendly. He even showed me how to make simple fixes so that they next time an issue occurred, I would be able to address it on my own. Very professional and capable all around.

This is a shameful excuse for a business. We asked them to do a simple repair on a wine cooler with a loose door and gasket - took about 10 minutes. We were told to wait 24 hours and then resume using the appliance. Naturally, the appliance wouldn't even turn on. Called for 2 days solid and nobody returned the call despite them already cashing a sizable check for very little, and ultimately poorly done, work. "Let us know if anything happens the young repair guy" said, "we'll be right out to fix it." So then my assistant starts calling on my behalf. Day 1, no response at all. Day 2, someone actually answers and says "we'll get back to you." They didn't. Today is day 3 (I didn't count the Thanksgiving holiday or weekend) of her calling and day 5 overall with NO RESPONSE. Because I'm a lawyer, I'll likely sue them and get all my money back. Until that happens, the warning will be in all caps: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY THAT DOES SHODDY WORK AND STEALS YOUR MONEY.
