Schroeder Dental Group: Katrina Schroeder, DMD

Dr. Schroeder herself is wonderful. She is does a great job of explaining what's going on, and keeping things light-hearted while she's working. My only concern so far has been with one of the hygienists (unsure of the name). She seemed to be in a rush while doing my cleaning, and was definitely on the "rough" side of the spectrum in all aspects. Just while simply flossing my teeth, she about had me crying out in pain numerous times during the procedure.

I have had good experiences with Dr Schroeder but I have a credit on my account and I have called 5 times to have credit sent to me, but unfortunately they still have not sent me a che k. Talked to Evelyn and Odalls. I am no longer a patient and they have absolutely no right to keep my money.

This was probably the most horrific experience yet! Went in for 1st time appointment, front staff were pleasant, dental assistant talked too fast. Dr. was pleasant, then dental assistant said I needed deep cleaning and cost was $589 but insurance would cover all but $221...I asked dental assistant why the $589 for a cleaning and she said " well your insurance is covering $300 of it, if you don't like the price, then you'll need to speak with your insurance company". After the smart a$$ remark, I told her I thought we were through with this, went up front and she followed and raised her voice, talked over me, caused a scene in the lobby and was a totally disrespectful and foolish individual. Don't waste your time at this place....so sad that a dental office would employ such a disrespectful individual!
