        We had a quick inspection period, and Joe did a great job coming out in a timely manner to do our inspection. He explained everything quite well to us, told us what he's looking for (and why), and gave a detailed digital report of everything we needed for our home purchase and insurance.

        Please save yourself the time and aggravation and do not hire Joe Lester for your home inspection. I had Joe out to inspect a property I am purchasing and I thoroughly regret doing so. Joe was not professional and became irate when I asked him why he was raising his prices on me. He was very rude and hung up the phone and refused to complete the inspection. It seems like his prices increase with his temper, which can be erratic especially when he yells and hangs up on his paying clients. Do yourself a favor and choose any other inspector.
