Poor business practices and extra charges once you agree for work to be done. We would strongly recommend other companies other than Trutech Wildlife Service in Flagler Beach.

I called because I rescued three kittens and I ended up keeping them do to the fact that I made an appointment for animal control to come to get them and they never showed up I didn’t know what to do so I ended up keeping them they didn’t even bother to call me or let me know when they were going to arrive or even bothered to call me back to see if everything was OK I feel like it was just a waste of time when these animals could’ve been somewhere safe now I have a whole family full of cats under my house I tried to help the rest but they refused and grew older ...

I heard noises in my attic and sure enough, I had raccoons! I received a referral to Trutech through my home pest company and they were nothing short of fantastic! It's pricey but their service definitely backs up the value equation. I worked with JW and I can't thank him enough for his hard work and efforts to remedy the situation at my home. He was extremely professional, very good with frequent communication on what to expect throughout the process and always timely. JW is a tremendous asset to the Trutech organization and I highly recommend this company.
