Before even taking one glance at my car the guy at the front desk proceeded to make a bill for me to sign. $180? I would expect to have some kind of diagnosis before I pay for anything. Should have listened to the other horrible reviews and stayed far away.

My name is Christian just in case they say I'm not in their database. Saw that used on some negative ratings. Used this service since last year on my newly acquired 2002 S430 Mercedes. Knew it was expensive but figured it was worth it with only 80k miles on it. That went ok. Then I had break fluid light and $1500 later was told "all set". Then l had a break light again about 2k mikes later. They told me that it was because someone a installed struts incorrectly. I told them no one had touched the car since they inspected the brake system. They told me I was not telling the truth. Mike gave me 10% discount... another $1600. Needless to say I'm not returning but thought I should warn folks. I was way too trusting! THEY ARE EITHER INCOMPETENT OR DISHONEST. CHECK THEIR YELP RATING. I WISH I HAD!!
