The technician Ryan is very professional and thorough in his job. Ryan is punctual and his appearance is neat and clean. He treats us and our property with respect. Ryan is very proud of being a PestMax employee and an asset to PestMax. I do not usually complete these surveys however he has made a very good impression of PestMax and the importance of customer service and quality of their work. We do highly recommend PestMax. On the 3rd try we finally got a tech to come out. Mike was nice. Said he would get in touch with chantel to schedule my area tech to come and start. That was 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t heard a word from anyone....
