This company is building a house in the back of my property I had fishing pole go missing from my boat so if have this people working near you property do not trust them the hire criminals and unlicensed contractor to do shady work . Police report is been made already and a investigation is underway.

RUN! We purchased our Snyder home while it was under construction in 2021. Since then, we have spent 10s of thousands of dollars sinking money into big ticket items for repairs. Septic tank, new air-conditioning, electrical panels and sheet rock. Septic tank was not set down far enough and we had problems with the pipe work because of all the debris, boulders and concrete that was buried in our back yard by Snyder while building. The air-conditioning was NOT new, didn't have enough returns and was running with high static. Then the motor in the compresser blew. Electrical panel needed new breakers and rewiring. The mirror in the spare bathroom was inserted in the wall so crooked we thought it was a joke, but no, it wasn't because the 2 mirrors in the master bath were not only crooked but, one was much higher than the other. Plus, the mirrors were the plastic type found in RVs that bend when you put something on the shelves in the medicine cabinets behind the mirrors. We had to install new cabinets and sheet rock. The outlets in all of the rooms are uneven across the rooms. Some higher with the one next to it lower. There was dirt and bugs left in the grout lines prior to tiling so grout has cracked and now you can see insects that were grouted into the grout lines. John Brennan lied to us throughout the entire building process. We were told to pick paint for our front door and exterior house color. They never painted the door and then tried to charge another $5000 because Snyder didn't like the exterior color I chose. We forwarded EVERY correspondence to our bank we received from John Brennan and also copied the bank on EVERY correspondence we had with Brennan. He would answer me with vague responses and take our bank off the routing when he replied to my emails. A certificate of occupancy was dropped on us after hours on a Wednesday night before a long holiday weekend with only 10 days to close per our contract. Thankfully our bank was all over it as they had read all of the emails between us and Brennan, the last of which he told us we were still weeks away from closing. This is a recurring practice of the Snyders so they can keep your deposit and sell the house to the next highest bidder. We have spoken extensively with owners of Snyder homes who have repeated the exact same stories. When it came time to have our pool installed, we had to pay extra to have the boulders removed that Snyder had buried in our back yard. We filmed him doing the same while building the house next door to us and one he built diagonally across from us. One of the editors of the Englewood Newspaper was doing a story on Snyder Construction and requested all of this information. This company is anything but reputable and builds substandard homes. He crowds them in on double lots, builds the same model over and over and paints them the same institutional green color. We had a conversation with a code officer who all but admitted others look away because "Snyder builds a lot of homes in the county." If you have to buy a Snyder home, get yourself a lawyer to handle the transaction and to read your contract. A Snyder contract serves only to protect Snyder and does nothing to protect the buyer. This company is driven by greed and greed only. They do not care about quality or professionalism. Good luck.
