Trey came out and did an inspection with an estimate, which was free. The inspection was extremely thorough: checked all around the house, on the roof and in the attic/crawl space. I approved the estimate and signed for their service. Trey came out the very next day and started working on closing ALL the places the rodents could get in. Having only lived in Florida for about a year, snakes have always been at the back of my mind. I am terrified of them. Recently, I had a small black racer find his way into my house when my son forgot to close the door completely. I contacted Trey to come and inspect my home to be sure there aren’t any others hiding anywhere. While here he checked the entire perimeter at the ground and the roof. He also inspected the attic. Thankfully there weren’t any critters, but there were areas of opportunity for them to get in. They fixed all areas at the soffit, They also fixed all of the vents on the roof as well to prevent anything from climbing into them. Along with the preventative, they gave me a 1 year warranty just in case. Trey also went above and beyond and tightened a battery cable on my car I was having issues with-something he wasn’t even here for! So professional, and so friendly. I highly recommend, you won’t get service like this from the big companies and the price I paid was far less that what the big companies charge as well. I always try to support small businesses, and this is one I highly recommend if you have any uninvited critters around! Service: Inspection
