image This location does not honor Amazon's green returns. Each and every time I bring a green return into this store, they give me a condescending look and tell me to go home and properly package the item. They also offer to sell me a box, and they say that if I want to use their tape, it would cost $1.00. When I ask if they are aware of Amazon's green return, the one that specifically instructs customers not to package items, they shake their heads and tell me they have no idea what I am talking about. Then they repeat what they just said 30 seconds prior: we don't package items for free.
Below is the amazon policy the owner and staff at this store refuse to honor:
"The UPS Store Dropoff - no box or label needed
You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. We'll email you a return shipping code. Print out or show it on your smartphone to a store associate at The UPS Store.
Printer not required."

Robert, I see your earlier execrable review you posted a few days ago on Google had been removed which was probably viewed as breaching the fairness and respect guidelines and deemed inappropriate to remain posted. I will post a copy of your earlier unpleasant comments here for reviewers to see what you had previously called our hardworking store and staff which is inaccurate and disrespectful. Lets not forget my staff have worked all through the pandemic shipping items to our loyal customers and their families even when staff have fallen unwell themselves they have come back to work as soon as it was safe for them to do so.Most of your previous reviews of other businesses are of similar negative genre. I am happy to upload the 4K audio and visual recording of your visit for reviewers to have an accurate and balanced view of what really occurred. Also you still feel the need to post nonsense on review sites and now having left reviews on Yelp without having the initiative to contact the store owners, unbelievable. It is as if you are “Trolling” our store on as many review platforms as you can find to force your narrative.Out of the thousands of customers we have served over the last few months your comments towards staff are outrageous, for something that has cost you nothing your response is way out of proportion. Your previous comments posted on Google Robert L : Something is not right when I seem to know their jobs better than they do. For a long time now, Amazon has offered free returns with no box, tape, or label. The instructions specifically say that this is a green return, do not package the product, simply bring it into the UPS store, show the QR code, and hand it over. Yet, every time I bring an item to these guys, they have no idea what I am talking about. They rant on and on about how they charge for boxes, and they charge $1 if they have to use their tape to tape up my box. Today, when the lady wanted to charge $1 to place tape on a box that was not securely fastened, I asked if she would like me to take the item out of the and hand it over to her instead. She drew a blank for 5 seconds, then proceeded to tell me how low my IQ was for asking that. I asked if she was aware of the instructions telling me to bring the unpackaged item to UPS, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Also, most of these people working at this location look and speak like they came straight out of one the original Dukes of Hazzard episodes from the 1970s. Come on, step it up honky tonk country folks. We live in the 21st century now.Now Robert, you appear to have lost the ability to resolve issues personally and use social media platforms to air your discontent until you get the response you want. This is the final communication I will have with you regarding this.

image There is one older gentleman and a younger woman who are incredible at this location. Otherwise this store has some of the most rude employees. The older blonde (manager I would guess) specifically, will do absolutely anything to not help you. A completely empty store and Im always told to use the self service Amazon station. Wouldnt mind doing my own returns, but her attitude makes my skin crawl. I cant be the only one. Never coming here again. Id rather drive to Boot Ranch.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way about my staff however I disagree with your opinion as many of our customers would disagree too as our Net Promotor Score, which is an anonymous review is at 95% meaning customers rate us highly for friendliness and helpfulness. Staff do have several other responsibilities during business operational hours behind the scenes which is why the Time Saving Kiosk is such a hit with thousands of customers every month. image This location always used to give me trouble about Amazon returns. The owner lady is pretty scary. I won't say much, but you can tell how she responds belligerently to every single negative review. Some people will never own up, regardless of how verifiably wrong they are. The concept of accountability does not exist in their DNA coding. Anyway, it got so bad that I stopped coming there about a year ago. I now go to the UPS across the street or the UPS or the UPS on East Lake to drop off my amazon pages.

Investigation suggests this is a troll account and appears to be linked to a fake account that has posted identical reviews at identical locations and appears linked to a previous review that is 2 years old that has and has now re appeared at the same time as this one which also contains misogynistic comments. The comments do not highlight our location / business or that there has been a visit recently. Reported to Google for investigation and removal.

image Awesome customer service! Went to the Annex across the street and owner/staff was neither friendly nor knowledgeable. The UPS store promptly helped me, explained the process, and packaged my item. Highly recommend as they are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!
