My wife, 6 month old baby and myself were rear ended last year. JD and staff were fantastic. Very informative, quick, caring and held the insurance companies accountable.

Hire. This. Firm. Just do it! If kindness, compassion, communication, integrity, honesty, passion, perseverance, and the highest level of professionalism are characteristics that are important to you in the lawyers that represent you, then these are your people. Everyone we worked with at TS&T was A MA ZING. Pete Sartes and Peter Tragos patiently explained and walked us through each step of the process and answered each and every question we had. As wonderful as Peter and Pete were, the real MVP of TS&T is Linda. As my primary, daily contact person, Linda was always available and incredibly supportive. Going through an ordeal where you or a family member need a lawyer can be an extremely emotional and traumatic event. Linda went above and beyond to be empathetic, compassionate, and supportive during the difficult and emotional moments and still demonstrated the utmost level of professionalism at the same time. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated as clients. And, if after this five star review you STILL aren't sure you want to hire this firm, then take some time to get to know Peter and the other members of the firm through their social media channels. Spend some time watching the videos and listening to their podcasts, and you will quickly see and understand why they are the best of the best. I can say firsthand that what you see in the videos and podcasts is exactly what you get. They are not trying to be social media stars or influencers, but instead, they are trying to educate everyone who is interested in the intricacies of our legal justice system.
