We had the BEST experience with Just Water!!! Heather answered on the first ring, explained our options, and gave us a fair price. We really wanted to support a small family business, and Heather was so knowledgeable, we knew this was the one. The water softener makes a HUGE difference. Highly recommend this company.

So with doing research of all of the local water companies, we are more than happy we went with Just Water! We had several competitors come out and give us quotes and none were as accommodating or affordable as Just Water. First, Heather was the fastest to respond of all the companies. Not only that but she sent me back an email straight forward with pricing and what they have to offer, and everyone else needed to set up an apt just for pricing. There was no pressure to buy when they came out because they know their product works. It sells itself. Look at the reviews. Just Water not only was the most affordable of all competitors, but also had the HIGHEST ratings and the MOST reviews. Heather set up an appointment within 2 weeks and the installation took no more than 3 hours. No mess was left behind. Unlike their competitors, Just Water was able to put the the system inside my garage because it was close enough to the main water line. The others could ONLY put it outside (which I didn't want) or they could put it inside the garage but charged extra for parts and labor for doing so, whereas JW was a flat fee. Just Water is a wholesome, family-owned company. They are local to our area and focus on that. We originally wanted a system because we were constantly sneezing in the shower and itching afterwards due to the chemicals. We just got new appliances and wanted only clean filtered water running through them. Now every water outlet in our house is bottled quality. It is unreal. As soon as it was done being installed I came in and washed my hands with one pump of soap and there were bubbles!! We used to have to use 3-4 pumps just get some suds. Same goes with shampoo and body wash. It was literally instantly noticeable. I have recommended this system to friends here in St. Pete and would 10/10 recommend to anyone I meet. Affordable and high quality. Why look anywhere else. Just read the rest of these highly rated reviews.

I just wanted to say what a great experience this was. Heather came out, tested the water and quoted a softener system. The installer, sorry don’t know his name, did a great job on the install and provided great information. Love the change and taste of the water. I highly recommend these guys for any water needs!

I never write reviews but had to for this. I have well water with a water softener treatment system. The water is very hard so it's easily noticeable when we are low on salt or if the system is not functioning. I realized it wasn't working because the salt was not reducing. I called one company and they said my box that triggers the cycling was broken but they also said my filter medium was bad. They showed it to me and said it was too mushy. I was told I either needed to rebuild my system including new filter medium or replace it. They also tried to sell me on multiple types of upgrades to address many different things. This was going to be quite an expense so I needed to get other quotes. Just Water was the next company to come out. They came the same day I called. Dave was so sweet and easy to talk to. I didn't tell him right away that I had already had someone look at it. First he tested my water before it enters the system. He said "Wow, you have the best well water I've ever tested." I asked about iron, pesticides, bacteria and he said I was fine on all those even for drinking. He said you just need to repair the timer box for a price that was so low compared to what I thought I was going to have to spend. I then told him about concerns and eventually about what the other company said. He checked the filter medium and looked at it with me and told me it was fine. He had every opportunity to try to sell me on more work or equipment replacement but he wouldn't have it. He insisted I didn't need any of it. I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe his honestly, and I was so grateful for how much money he saved me! Thank you Dave. Truly a company you can trust.
