        I was calling because I was getting emails to renew my current insurance plan that I have elsewhere. I called and was hung up on. Called back and someone else answered with food in her mouth. She kept saying,, "huh, what". and acted like she couldn't hear me. So I tried to call back 1 more time and operator was very rude. 3 strikes and you're out!!. Very unprofessional. Not sure if their rates and service are any better since I didn't even get that far.
