Horrible experience. Extremely disorganized office. Made us wait 1 hour while children screamed and cried in the back. Will never go back.

Worst experience from beginning to end. Rude, unprofessional and NO customer service. They have a call center that makes your appointment who you cannot understand and isn’t helpful at all. I was taking my son there for orthodontics and they proceed to give him a dental exam and xrays. I stopped them and that’s when it was discovered that the call center scheduled him for the wrong appointment. The orthodontist is only there on Monday. The hygienist never introduced herself to me or my son and he tried to tell her he was not there for a cleaning but she didn’t care. I approached the office staff to let them know how much of an inconvenience this was and received well yeah sometimes the call center makes mistakes. What!!! I had to take off work today for this appointment, take my son out of school for the appointment and I can’t even get an apology? I then tell them that I would not be back or giving them a good review and they say “that’s fine”. Save your time and money and take your children elsewhere.

Dr Roberti in Coral springs is the BEST!! I wouldn't want to take my children anywhere else!! She is very patient with my children. Other dentists I have been to told me to take my child out of there!! I was shocked!! But Mainstreet Dental in Coral Springs, Fla. Dr Roberti is excellent!!!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟’s from me!!!

It's unfortunate I have to leave them one star because, really & truly, the dentist and dental hygienist are all above and beyond awesome. My Son is 5yrs old and has been a patient his entire life. HOWEVER- the front office is rude, unprofessional and incompetent. They have, more than once, told me there is a problem with our insurance, and always come to find that indeed there is NOT. This has delayed previous appointments, it causes them to see him last in his apt time slots the days of the appointments, etc. Our time, like many others' is VALUABLE and they don't seem to care about that. They didn't care this morning that my Son was already missing two hours of school- they still saw other patients first even though we were there before the doors opened and were first to sign in. ILANA, ILEANA or however you spell the name was the incompetent and unprofessional one I had to deal with this morning, she was so snarky I simply said nevermind, took my Son and left with out being seen. She claims to be the office manager when I asked to speak with one, which tells me a lot about why there are so many issues in this office. Again, we are sad to leave but Pediatric Dentists in Coral Springs are a dime a dozen. I don't know why they act like their customers' business doesn't matter. Do not come here, it will happen to you, too.
