Phonic is amazing! We moved here from Texas in 2019 and needed someone to evaluate our system. We contacted 3 companies, first one told us that we needed a new A/C without even coming to our home! Phonic was our choice from the start. He cleaned our 17 year old A/C and has kept it in great working order since. We first called Phonic to clean the ducts. He so impressed us with his work ethic and honest approach that when we bought our new home, we called on him to run a maintenance check on the AC system and advise us if anything needed to be done. He did what was necessary and advised around future needs. We have had him back twice since then. He consistently provides prompt and professional service. We called Fidelity and was scheduled for our initial visit the next morning. Phonic showed up punctually and was very professional. He gave an honest assessment of our air conditioning unit and promptly set up our next visit 3 days later for Monday morning. The house actually smelled cleaner when he left from the deodorizing of the ducts! He explained everything he was doing and left the work sight without a drop of dust or debris left behind. Great customer service! Our technician was very nice and informative on our new A/C system. I had a lot of questions and he was very patient with and answered all of my concerns. Got a great deal on our new A/C! Highly recommend!!
